The Major Barriers to Integration in the Region

Mexico has historic ties with Cuba and in the last several years, under the leadership of Andres Manuel, there has been many important advances. But for you, what do you see as the major barriers to furthering integration amongst the people of the region? We are against any kind of, how do you say it in English, the blockade? Because people suffer from that.
