Habits are something we either have to interrupt in order to break, or practise if we want to continue and create a sustained habit. Remember those micro habit changes we talked about earlier? You could order a meal delivery service. This is a one time decision that could lock you in for the next month of healthy, portioned, pre made meals. But as julie says, it could be trickier than that with food.
