So i talked a lot about test astrone in the first show, and we want to probably, if you're seemingly healthy and athletic and not terribly concerned about disease. Wrist factors, a track test ostrone frequently, because it definitely has a lot of variability based on your recent listal practices. And i 've seen mine vary by a couple few hundred in a matter of the previous month the next month. A lot of this i attribute to a the stress level of my training programme. And i can easily overdo it at times, and that will be revealed in a lower than historical norm for testasteron. So i want to look to land at the very highest levels
