What Is Going on With Cody Russell?

As Russell gets older, his motor gets a little tuned down. He's not quite as spry or bouncy or as athletic in terms of like sprinting out in transition. Maybe some of the explosiveness on moves around the basket as an offensive rebounder. But otherwise it's like the same game, which is kind of remarkable. Even defensively, even as he loses some of that and he wants to conserve more energy. It might look like it takes him a year or two to maybe fully ramp up as he gets into the league.
