I like big, robust, peppery wines. If I had to live with only one type of wine for the rest of my life, it would be probably quite unsophisticated and really muscular. The more you know about wine, the harder it is to enjoy it on a simple level. It's almost like saying, Tim, if I can just ask you, what is consciousness? He says he doesn't have a complicated relationship with his favourite drink.
