Having a Human Touch Can Be a Good Experience
There's some things that are so complex it's hard to build into an AI system today. But I think that some some mentality, it goes back to that model, which is one end of it is business driven and the other end was customer driven. And there's the value is there as well in those cases whereby, you know, always having a human touch for certain situations isI think always going to be preferable.
