Water Down Bill Back Better?

I think we wind up with a water down bill back better, i'd like th the dams don't have a choice but to try and keep pushing it through. I will say though, that when this stuff came out, it made me very sad. And i think it should make everyone very sad, is that? Em, you have such clear disfunction added d c em, and it turns out just like real mismanagement,. The whole thing s just sad.
