The Importance of Having a Discovery Meeting

I have a similar process to Mr Hart. I send I send prospects, a word document, it's two pages. The second page is the more questions, the open questions. Why have you made contact with me? What are your concerns? Do you have any high level aspirations? And people generally will open up with that because although and I get that bad, but I don't book in the discovery meeting until there comes back. So he would say it probably takes people about 10, 15 minutes to fill out the word document.
