A female can lay on average five clutches a season, maybe up to eight. So she could be producing four to maybe eight viable offspring a year. It's fun just to watch them stampede down the sand beach and get into the ocean. And how are sea turtles doing these days? I feel like there is a friend who's going through a rough time that we have to check in on.
