CBD or THC for Anxiety?

There hasn't yet been enough research done on the different types of noise to actually say. So again, that would just come down to personal preference. I actually prefer brown noise to white noise because it's a lower pitch. There's no real benefit to using either that has been proven. What about CBD or THC? This is really interesting. With CBD, it is so new to the area of science and clinical trials. Unfortunately, it takes years to do this type of research with that. But similarly to alcohol, your sleep might be of a bit of a lower quality than if you didn't have that in your system.
