How to Recreate a Feeling

The thing that got you to a certain feeling today might get you to quite a different feeling tomorrow. The second one I want to talk about is wanting to get a right position or wanting to be right. They're kind of related. Most posture advice is about putting yourself in a certain position, head held up high or chest lifted or shoulders pulled back and it's terrible. Even if they were good positions, those examples are all terrible things to do. But even if you had something that sounded sort of reasonable but was put in the framework of being right in terms of a position, that wouldn't really be much use because we're breathing. We're always moving a little bit.
