Kan: Do you have a critic in your body? christine: Yes, i do. Kan: How do you work with it so that these part aren't running the show so much? Christine: Critic and my worry ward are my two to my most primary protective parts. The first initial feeling was a little an a little timid and a little annoyed. So all those reactions make sins. But we're going to ask the one who's annoyed and the one who feels intimidated to maybe go into a kind of waiting room in there until we are done. We can just get to now, this critic and maybe help it lighten up some.
