The Blond Phantom in Comics

The blond phantom is an older character who comes back to kind of guide she hulk in this series and become her mento. She knows there is a concept called marvel time, or omic time, where as long as you are being published in a comic book, you stay the same age. At one point, she's like flipping between channels and realities by going through comic book pages. And it's one of the most fune and inventive things i've ever seen a comic. Do i agree?
