Using Instagram for a Research Study?

Some of the participants weren't aware that they could have created private stories. One participant did say, hey, I didn't know I could make it private so I made it public. That led to someone totally random from their community checking in with them and actually helping them solve their problems. So that community engagement, it happened and surprisingly it did have some positive outcomes.
