Banks internationally wanted nothing to do with afghanistan for fear of falling foul of the sanctions. One big change over the past six months to a year has been the restriction on women's rights. We met one miner there who estimated that about half of them at tin age or younger. They were fairly weary, basically,. about these very difficult jobs and dangerous jobs that they did.
