The buyers of this product started with the PE firms. Now we're seeing strategics using it. The demand for the product was primarily driven by private equity sponsors who wanted a quick and clean exit following a sale. As such, product that started as a sell side product is now from the entrenched as a buy side product. We definitely see more buy side policies in the market today than sell side policies.
