Nate: I think the premier thing is you got to stay yourself, right? You have to stay really double down on your values on who you are or what you're about. One of the things that's very difficult to do is offer answers to the perceived new challenges very quickly because in transition, you're trying to solve problems at an expedited rate. And so sometimes, so I would say slow down a little bit in relationship to how you give answers. The other thing is sharing with yourself and your inner circle all of thethings that are going on to make sure that you don't miss something.
