Getting Clear on Who You Are and Who You Want to Serve

i think part of the exercise of niching is, number one, making sure you're not so broad that no one can ever hire you. But then too, like, if you're going to go a lot tighter and narrow that focus, really kind of watch for those clues along the way. And i deffnitly think this is a process, you know, we have definitely gone through over a time, get clear o what we do, what we don't do, who we actually serve, who we want to serve.
