I love the expectations back to the customer in some ways of saying, Now, let's be really clear about what are we looking for here. And I think when I've done that partnership really well, it's like, Oh, so my relates is seeing this or some of my top strengths are seeing it this way. And now I can see where yours is showing up and where they're being met or not met. So then you know how those two are working together.
