The Relationship Between Annie Fields and James Fields

Stephanie Platon: Sarah Orange Uett goes to Europe four times, starting in 1882. She begins a friendship with a Boston literary figure named Annie Fields. They travel together, they live together and have what's called a "Boston marriage" The pair also make friends with contemporary writers of the time like Alfred Tennyson or Rudyard Kipling.
