The Importance of Talent in Project X

I actually think that finding someone in the first round or two people in the firstround that are perfect is actually not the best thing that could happen. What I'm looking for is someone who has talent, right? Someone who someone who's able to do this thing well and again, thinking back to my experience of being a teacher, it was interesting always to see that there were kids who I could immediately say like, "This kid is talented"
