Padrinu's Threat to Kill the Park Maniac

Moto Boy Francisco de Assis Pereira was a serial killer, better known as the Park Maniac. He lured female victims to Sao Paulo's state park where he raped and tortured them. In 1998, Padrinu told reporters that his biggest dream was to be alone with him: "My dream is to break that neck" On December 17, 2000, Taubatte inmates took 23 hostages in an uprising against their rivals. The Park Maniac was among those reportedly killed; however, it was later announced by prison officials that he had not been killed after all.
