When right-way people are pushed to make decisions, they're not uncomfortable with, they like lash out. I think it's very predictive of interpersonal communication and style issues. So in events where I speak yet, I put somebody's picture up on the screen. And what happens is we create a narrative around what we think we see. Then when I put next to their picture, what their why is, oh, we got a little piece here now. We start to see what we're looking at.
