We have to understand that the science says at our frontal lobe, which is in charge of all thex ctive, good stuff that we do at work, is more fortified when we take this space. In fact, it's so depleted when we don't that it can't function. We have to talk back to the fact that white space is not only for recuperation, but it is for reflection, creativity, innovation, strategy. To take intersticial sips, like a glass of water that sits on your desk, to take interstitial sips of this space when either your body cus you, that means you get a little cue.
