The Importance of Positivity
There's an allegory in my book called the ravine and it's this story for what it feels like to know that there's something brighter and easier and more content filled at the top of a ravine. But I want to recognize that some people have a ravine that's a lot deeper than other people, right? And so, but it doesn't mean that they aren't still that spark of goodness and light. It just means they may have to climb a little higher. They may have to process trauma or find a community.
