Nate Silver: I have a list of kind of prepared questions for you, but I'm already going way off script. So let me ask you this. Is it hard to have a full spectrum leadership where a human being has maybe not equal parts of those four quadrants? And do we almost need more humans to have this full spectrum capacity in order for the facts to land in a place that changes our values and our consciousness, et cetera? What do you think about that?Silver: We are a culture that is functionally, emotionally illiterate,. That doesn't really know how to relate to our bodies besides muscle strength.

On this episode, author and social entrepreneur Nina Simons reminds us that in a fact driven culture, sometimes it’s important to return to the emotional, physical, and even spiritual in order to balance the conversation. In a world full of 8 billion unique individuals, how can we learn to listen to each person’s unique experience and perspective? Can we integrate the rational with our intuitions, and embody some of the shifts we’d like to see in the world?
