I find a lot of small organizations, they tend to put work relationships over maybe customer obsession or the principles of the business. And that's part of the promise of your book. I imagine a more serious organization operating with that is committed to ustomers and principles that allows them to make what i would think is a very hard decision. Like, say, you have a someo us not fumming particularly well, or a leader whose time has elapsed. Is that a fair assumption here? Well, the lens through which we evaluated ourselves our peers, our managers, direct reports, it was all through those leadership principles. So its a very strong culture.
