Australia is set to sign an agreement with other countries on reducing its carbon emissions by 20 50 per cent from 2005 levels. The country has been criticised for not doing enough about climate change in the Pacific region, where it's a major source of greenhouse gas emissions. Australia will also be expected to take part in this year's UN Climate Change Conference (UNCCC), which takes place between November 25 and 27 at COP21 in Paris.
