I want to ask a couple questions about just how you assassin, how you work with founders. And i guess when my first quest is, how do you guys think about assessing whether a founder or founding team are the right people to be building a network offect space business? Because it sounds like there is a brain wiring input that's important to be able to build one of those. Clear you can recruit those, or you can have those at that executive level, but any thought's there, you know, is out part of your process when you're thinking about investing in a company? Ye, i think we see alot companies that alreadyare beginning to show network effects.
