How to Cope and Manage ADHD Without Medication

Some people do cope with that medication lots of people are looking at alternatives where there isn't any evidence. The only three things that have a proper evidence base to make a real effective difference are sleep exercise and not doing drink. Do the thing that makes you happy if it's dance if it's running if it's team sports if it's coordination based things, which it really isn't for me. Do do those and sleep we lie to ourselves all the time we're like okay I do everything for sleep I do apart from my look at my phone at night for three hours but apart from that I do everything. You know everyone lies to themselves so yeah if you really need. work on sleep
