The Motion to Elect Directors of Berkshire Hathaway

The motion has been moved and seconded. We will vote on this motion by voice vote. All those in favor say aye. Opposed? Motion's carried. The secretary have a report of the number of Berkshire shares outstanding and titled to vote and represented at the meeting. Of that number, 1,041,567 shares are represented at this meeting by proxies returned through last Friday. If you wish to withdraw a proxy previously sent in and vote in person on the two items the business has provided for in the proxy statement, he or she may do so. With those persons desiring ballots, please identify themselves so that we may distribute them.
