Are You Being Open and Transparent About Capital Allocation?

I like the part about being honest enough. Frt, it gat u skill of its own to have those stuff conversations. And sounds like you ultimately get more support as you go through that process. I'm pretty open and transparent about the fact that my number one job is the chief exective is capital alocation. That's what i'm basically pa for by my shareholders. It's how i hapt allocate capital, whether that be money, human resource or any element of the company. We find that to be a very exercise that really keeps everyone in the company honest.
