Sally Kohn: Do you worry at all about a lack of like robustness or dynamism if we have only a few superstar cities where all the high skilled people are clustering? Kohn: I think there's a strong case for dispersal on those grounds. She says scarcity in San Francisco, New York does not have the desired impact of pushing industry clusters to like Cleveland and St. Louis. Kohn: The new industry's problem just seems harder to quantify, at least I don't know exactly how one would quantify it.
