"I always go through a screening process for me. It's always about functionality first," he says. "It doesn't do me any good if you look great, but you're jumping onto a horse in a specific scene and you blow your back out" The training is something that's always going to change according to the needs of an actor or athlete on-the-cusp. A good coach understands how to deviate away from that template when the individual needs it.
