I think that the AEs of interest really have come around edema. And so whether or not it's pulmonary, more perfusions or lower extremity edema, that can be mitigated with steroids as well as potentially diuretics. This drug is very interesting, is given on a Q3 week basis where you use kind of a higher dose for the first two doses and then you cut the dose in half for subsequent doses. In my practice, when I use this, I'm checking for response after the first 2 doses because inherently I'm going down on the dose.
