How to Be a Successful Project Manager

I realize I'm previously guilty of thinking of the project manager as more linear and process oriented than say an account manager or certainly a salesperson. And while I suspect that's still true, I think I've been airing way too far out on that spectrum. My thinking on this position is changing as you walk through this list. So they have this really interesting mix of planning everything but being very flexible as well. We tend to call creatives like designers and writers and so on. Really, these people are just as creative as just apply differently.
