The owner didn't want to let his tenants know he was selling the building because he had built such a great relationship with them. "We talk a lot about a stopable agreements and sending those out to tenants before you take over" The landlord signed an affidavit himself so that if there were any problems, they could go after him legally.

Over $1 million in real estate with $0 down—at 19 years old!? After reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad and catching the real estate “bug,” today’s guests went from broke college dropouts to real estate investors with three multifamily properties to their names in a matter of months.
