How Do We Be With Our Nervous System in a New Way?
I might have had a frame that would have been like this isn't okay I you know I must be completely present with Jennifer and again that might have been contracting or and so but I was able to just notice and you know there was there was a alarm that came on literally there was an alarm going off. It's a nice little teaching moment on this indeed this is very much the point of my new book right in the the book Caron Coughlin and I wrote um which is really about how do we how do we be with our nervous system in a new way and then how do we notice it?
