The State of Russia Is the End of the State

I would definitely agree with the idea that Russians they cannot conceive any kind of state which is not linked to this empire so for them the state means empire. They just don't have these optics of that you can be a small country and you can have clear borders but if it isn't very big then its not a state. For them there are synonyms state and empire even if you know they don't pronounce the world empire now but they mean it when they're talking about the risks their country is running, he says.
