Percutaneous Percutaneous Procedures - Do Not Bend Your Sharps
Always put your sharps back in your tray, which should be unconnected to the bed. If you have a kit which does not give you a safe cup or some of them, they give you one, but it's not secured so it just falls over. At least set your sharps down flat. Not at any kind of an angle because that is again how you stick yourself. Do not bend your needles. Bent needles are a great way to get stabbed. I think that is most of the important things we really have to say about needles.
