How Does Virtue Ethics Tie Into That?

I feel like I have some obligation financially to help people in other parts of places that I that are doing very badly because it seems like they're doing very badly but I don't know the circumstances so I'm just gonna try and contribute to people who do know the circumstances who know how to help better. How does virtue ethics tie into that yeah? So there's this notion of what a virtue is in Alistair MacIntyre's book after virtue which I really like aAristotle says a virtue is an acquired human quality possession and exercise tends to enable us to achieve those goods which are internal to practice.
