What Is the Natural Interest Rat?
The measure of civilization would be getting that natural interest, raigte, as close to zero as possible. I think what separates animals from humans is virtu it's ebility o to do without tings. And for people like that, the natural introst rate does reduced. In a sense, maybe usury like laws do make sense, or at least considering a positive interest rate as moral when you have sound money. But i don't like compelling anybody.
