If the troponin and c r p are perfectly normal, then it's very unlikely that you're dealing with a clinically significant mio carditus. If your post test probability macroditus is so low you'd better look at some other diagnosises. A contractilityis beautiful. You're sowat reassured, not that they don't have or don't have, hyprocarditus, but you're reassured it's not severe, life threatening.
