How Do Trend Following Strategies Work?
With trend following, obviously, what you're trying to do is get into a particular trade and then leave that trade on while the trend develops. So it becomes a very easy strategy to manage typically doing a weekly basis or less than 50 trades per year. You tend to find that your winning trades are much bigger than your losers. And it obviously does really well in sort of slow, quiet trending market rather.
