Is the Government Meaning Well?
Businesses aim to make people's lives less wonderful. I don't have any problem with that. But when you're faced with a problem like this from a company that's always done pretty well by you, you typically just say, Hey, guys, you got to do better than this. And if you do that the right way or in fact, even the wrong way, I like doing it on Twitter because that's where companies actually have their best customer service representatives. So do I complain on Twitter? Yeah, you bet. Why? Because it works.
