How Did You Come to Be a Statistician?
When i was akid, when i was a child, i i became interested in science fiction. And that led to an interest in science. But as i got older, science wasn't quite like that. You had to focus down. So focused on maths because that i thought was general. Then i discovered statistics. I could work with archaeologists in a morning, chemists in the afternoon and astronomers in the evening. What i sometimes say about statisticians is that they're like modern day explorers. You can see things that nobody else has ever seen. It just you don't have to narrow down.
