Beggo: When it is such an even split like that in such like distinct roles, I feel like it can work. We just hear so often about how that relationship just completely crashes and burns at the first site of trouble. Pedro has everyone reported to him, which he also likes. He's a great manager and he's a great leader and he loves doing that. Beggo: One of the benefits that we had at Brex was having very strong mentorship and very strong mentors. And again, because we started the business so early when we were first visited, we were 16.
