Peter Kuznetsov says he reconnected with his friend Ben in 2012. He was working as a postdoc at the University of California, San Francisco and writing articles for Thrasher Magazine. The two became close after they saw each other's work on glia - cells that support brain function. "I like hanging out with like punks and skateboarders," writes Kuznetz.
