The Unusual Manuscript of Villa Mondragon

Wilfred Voynich bought 30 ancient manuscripts from Villa Mondragon in Italy. One of these was a 240 page long book whose style suggested it might have been written sometime in the Middle Ages. It contained colorful illustrations, plants, stars, nude women and more. The text seems to be broken into many short paragraphs hinting at the possibility that these are recipes,. perhaps prepared with the aforementioned herbs.
