The Structure of a Half-Tax State in China

The Chinese taxation institution is what I call a half-tax state. It relies very heavily on state-owned enterprises for about like 30% of tax revenue. So the Chinese taxation system is very different from the United States. Most of the taxes are heightened rather than feasible.
